Shipping is included

The price you see on the product page includes shipping. There is no delivery charge added at checkout.

Where we print

We print in Europe, at the print partner closest to your delivery address. That keeps the parcel's journey short and the delivery time predictable.

How long it takes

Printing starts as soon as your order is confirmed. A tracked carrier normally delivers within 2 to 6 working days from the moment the file goes to press.

Those are the carrier's own estimates. They can stretch during holidays, or for addresses far from a print partner.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the printer. If the link has not moved for 10 working days, write to hello@tellmestories.ai and we look into it.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere our print partners deliver, which covers the whole of Europe and most of the world. If checkout will not accept your address, write to us: it usually means the printer cannot reach it, and we will tell you straight.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the customs union of the printing country, duties or import taxes may be charged on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in the price.

If a parcel comes back

If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we contact you and reship once the address is confirmed. A second shipment to a corrected address is at our cost the first time.
